However, after reviewing your application, I have <br />discovered that a minor variance will also be required with <br />respdct to the encroachment upon the high water mark of the lake. <br />This will necessitate a minor variance which will require support <br />from your adjacent neighbors and the approval of the City's Minor <br />Variance Committee. Therefore, your shoreline permit cannot be <br />heard on Monday evening, March 23. <br />I will be contacting your architect to reschedule the appropriate <br />meetings.
