Janke request for minor variance <br />at 938 Transit. <br />The Janke's are requesting a 13.5 front yard variance (16.5 versus <br />required 30 feet). Also a side yard variance of 4.5 feet is requested <br />(5.5 versus required 10 feet). The neighbors supported the project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Lawrence S. Janke's request for minor variance <br />at 938 Transit. <br />
