CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - April 13, 1987. 7:30 P.M. <br />The City Council met on the above date with the <br />following members present: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and ROLL CALL <br />Johnson. Members absent: Donn Wiski. <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of March 23, 1987 be <br />MINUTES <br />Ayes: <br />approved. Roll Call, <br />Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None. <br />B-1 <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Thomas <br />THOMAS <br />St. Martin's request for final plat at 2030 North <br />Dale Street, be <br />ST. MARTIN <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None. <br />B-2 <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that the Shelard Group, <br />Inc. <br />SHELARD <br />request for Special Use Permits at 2435 Rice <br />Street be approved with the following <br />GROUP, INC. <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development, based on the P.U.D., be <br />constructed as indicated on the submitted plans <br />labeled <br />P-1, P-2, -nd P-3, dated February 27 <br />1987. , <br />2. That the sidewalk be constructed six feet wide, <br />contiguous to Transit Avenue and Rice Street. <br />3. That the service drive from Transit Avenue to <br />County Road B-2 be constructed and maintained <br />by the owners of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Transit <br />Second Addition. <br />4. That the parking areas, drives, and islands be <br />constructed with poured in place concrete curb. <br />5. That final grading, drainage, utility, signage, <br />engineering, and landscape plans be subject to <br />staff approval. <br />6. That a Special Use Permit for service station <br />and convenience store be subject to construc- <br />tion in accordance with drawings P-1, P-2, and <br />P-3 dated February 27, 1987. <br />7. That the signs be limited to one pylon, 150 <br />square feet maximum, plus the allowed store <br />signs. <br />8. That the lighting oil the west side of the <br />building be limited and subject to staff review. <br />9. That the access easements be granted on Frontage <br />Road and Rice Street on the southeast corner of <br />the development. Staff to approve location of <br />access points. <br />
