The project is in <br />accordance with the Comprehensive Plan and the P.U.D. for the <br />area. The proposed gasoline service by Brooks Superettes has <br />been approved by special permit. The project is not located in a <br />mandatory flood plain insurance zone. <br />The final construction plans on file at City Hall are consistent <br />with the plans approved by the City Council, and City staff <br />hereby approves the final grading, drainage, utility, engineering <br />and landscape plans; the lighting on the west side of the <br />building, and the screening of the trash dumpsters, which are <br />conditions of the special permit. <br />Sincerely, <br />4 1 <br />Craig A•.
