• <br />February 26, 1987 <br />• <br />The proposal is to construct a one-story neighborhood retail convenience center <br />with gasoline dispensing on the currently vacant property on Rice Street between the <br />existing Steichen's Sporting Goods store and Transit Avenue. <br />The gasoline pump islands will be located at the north end of the building as <br />part of the food convenience store. Access to the pump islands will be from Transit <br />Avenue and the service road to be constructed at the west end of the site between <br />County Road B-2 and Transit Avenue. The service road is in' conformance with the <br />previously approved general PUD plan for the area.
