Johnson request for minor variance at <br />3066 Patton Road. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened February 20, 1987, and unanimously <br />approved Timothy Johnson's request for a minor variance at 3066 Patton <br />Road. <br />The Johnsons are constructing a new addition (which conforms) on a non- <br />conforming house which is eight feet from the property line versus the <br />required ten feet. A two foot side yard variance for the existing home <br />is required to allow construction of the addition. <br />All neighbors supported the project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying the Timothy V. Johnson request for minor <br />variance at 3066 Patton Road. <br />
