REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 2/09/87 <br />ITEM NO .: <br />Department�p roval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Reports and Recommendations <br />Item Description: Bruce Johnson request for division of platted lot <br />and shoreline permit at 411 South Owasso Boulevard. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its February 4, 1987 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended approval of the Bruce Johnson request for <br />division of platted lot and shoreline permit at 411 South Owasso <br />Boulevard with the following conditions: <br />1. That the garage be removed within six months. <br />2. That ten feet of right-of-way be dedicated on South Owasso. <br />3. That a fifteen foot drainage easement be granted between the <br />properties. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying the Bruce Johnson request for division of <br />platted lot and shoreline permit at 411 South Owasso Boulevard with the <br />aforementioned conditions if so desired. <br />
