REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 3/09/87 <br />ITEM NO.: 4-3 <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Hearings <br />Item Description: Good Neighbor, Inc. request for Special Use Permit <br />at 1391 West County Road B. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its February 4, 1987 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended approval of the Good Neighbor, Inc. request for <br />Special Use Permit at 1391 West County Road B. The applicant, at the <br />February 9 City Council meeting, requested a continuation of the <br />Special Use Permit hearing until the March 9, 1987 City Council <br />meeting. <br />Based on meetings that the applicant has had with the neighborhood, <br />Good Neighbor is asking that the request for Special Use Permit be <br />withdrawn. The letter from Good Neighbor is attached. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying withdrawal of the Good Neighbor, Inc. request <br />for Special Use Permit at 1391 West County Road B. <br />
