The Long Cadillac agency was established at the northwest corner of
Prior Avenue and Highway 36 in 1974 on a 4.21 acre site. In 1978
the site was expanded to the west after Dick I -on '
additional 1.19 acres creating a total site area of 5.40 pacres.sed Than
e
property has 482 feet of frontage on the frontage mad and a depth of
651 feet on Prior Avenue.
• Attached is a reduced sketch submitted by the applicant indicating the
location of the structure and the existing and proposed sign. This site
plan, however, (being a sketch) does not show the total property as
expanded to the west. Also, the depth of the grassed area on the
front of the site is not shown as deep as it really is. We have copied
a portion of the aerial photos of this
Long Cadillac site. This aerial photo part of Roseville labeling the
the site as it exists today, p gives you 3 better perspective of
3• The Roseville sign ordinance allows one pylon sign per street frontage.
The frontage on Prior Avenue allows a 100 square foot sign that is 25
feet high. The frontage on the service road allows a 175 square foot
sign that is 30 feet high. Both signs may be placed on one fronts e
but must be 30 feet back from the street right-of-way g '
here). y (as is the case
4. The existing signs are as follows:
One sign: 8'8" by 8'8" = 76 square feet, 23 feet high
One sign: 6' by 6' = 36 square feet, 21 feet high
The location ,of these two signs are noted on
and "E211.
