REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 2/09/87 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />1. <br />Hearings <br />Item Description: Steve Saunders request for Special Use Permit and <br />variance at 2087 Snelling Avenue. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its February 4, 1987, meeting <br />unanimously approved the Steve Saunders' request for Special Use Permit <br />and variance at 2087 Snelling Avenue with the following conditions: <br />1. That the applicant deposit funds with the City for the sidewalk. <br />2. That the sign be of the specific size depicted on Photo C without <br />the "bucket" on top. <br />3. That the Kentucky Fried Chicken site not be a separate lot so as to <br />maintain flexibility for future access and development of the <br />westerly half of the property. <br />4. That the final plans be subject to staff approval. <br />5. That a pedestrian easement be granted on the easterly ten feet of <br />the property. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Steve Saunders' request for Special Use Permit <br />and variance at 2087 Snelling Avenue with the aforementioned conditions <br />if so desired. <br />
