That the applicant deposit the required funds for the side- <br />walk with the City. <br />2. That the Kentucky Fried Chicken site not be a separate lot so <br />as to maintain flexibility for future access and development <br />of the westerly half of the property. <br />3. That the sign be of the specific size depicted on Photo C <br />with a two dimensional bucket not to exceed 25 square feet. <br />4.
