Final plat to be submitted. <br />2. Amend driveway width. <br />3. Landscaping plans submitted. <br />4. Cross easements from Maintenance are obtained. <br />5. Separate utilities for each unit are available. <br />6. Concrete curb and gutter are completed. <br />7.
