The addition would actually come within 271 of '. <br />the property line as per, the attached drawing. The extra 31 of <br />length allows me to build a much more functional space. .' <br />I wish to incorporate a first floor, laundry area into the plan <br />as well as an eating area near the kitchen and a sitting room to ' <br />enjoy the winter sun and summer air without our, Minnesota pests" ` <br />I cannot make the addition wider without blocking my dining room ' <br />window on one side or running into the garage service door on <br />the other, side. I also wish to put a patio door in place of the <br />dining room window onto the deck at some future date. <br />The extra three feet on the addition does not interfere or <br />obstruct with any neighboring property.
