Roseville Planning Commission: <br />We the undersigned, being residents and property owners in the area of Dale <br />St., County Rd. B2, and Transit ave. wish to make known to the Commission and <br />the city council of Roseville of a proposed development that includes the <br />insertion of a new street perpindicular to Dale Street intersecting with <br />Dale between County Rd. B2 and St. Albans ,Sextant and Transit to the North. <br />The proposed street which would run east from Dale St. would be for the pur- <br />pose of building homes on vacant property in that area. <br />Our objections are as follows: The first being the addition of another inter- <br />section which would awake It the fourth in a one block area. Secondly it would <br />creadd more traffic in an already conjested area. Third is that it would <br />devaluate adjoining property by creating a possible dorner lot and cause <br />a water basin because of increased street height. Fourth is the increased noise <br />affecting the adjoining property as well as the increased pollution.Fifth is <br />that the increased traffic will affect homes on both sides of Dale St. where <br />it is already virtually impossible to leave one's driveway to enter Dale St. <br />at many times of the day. Enclosed is a sketch of the proposal as we see and <br />understand it. We hope that you would review this carefully as marry of us are <br />long Ume residents and already have felt the effects of a much increased <br />traffic load on Vale St. over the years. <br />Thank you for your consideration <br />
