She wants to <br />legalize the existing driveway, as the current one is one foot from the <br />property line versus the required five feet; thus, the variance is four <br />feet. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Barbara Pihlgren's request for minor variance at <br />2864 Aglen Avenue. <br />
