NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAX CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, October 1, 1986 at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering the following request: Mar -Len Development Corporation request for Special Use Permit and and sign variance at 2550 Long Lake Road. The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, October 13, 1986 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this request. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Tract D and E, and all of Tracts F, except that part lying South of a line running parallel to and distant 50 feet Southerly from a line described as follows: Beginning at a point 935 feet measured South from the centerline of the main track of the Northern Pacific Railway, on a line which is 798.5 feet Westerly of and running parallel with the West line of the East 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, T 29, R 23, thence from said point of beginning, with a back sight on the preceding course and deflecting to the right 830 45' in an Easterly direction 177 feet to a point, thence deflecting 50 45' to the right from the preceding course and continuing in an Easterly direction in a straight line to a point of termination on the azoresaid West line of the East 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, all in Registered Land Survey No. 50 and -that the East 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 8 lying Westerlyrofof the right-of-way for Trunk Highway No. 280 (Interstate 35W); lying South of the North line of said Tract D extended Easterly to said highway right-of-way; and lying Northerly of the above described line through said Tract F extended Easterly to said highway right-of-way. Subject to an easement granted for Long Lake Road, subject to an easement granted to Great Lakes Pipe Line Company and to Standard Oil Company, and easements of record.
