NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAX CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, October 1, 1986 at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br />Mar -Len Development Corporation request for Special Use <br />Permit and and sign variance at 2550 Long Lake Road. <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />October 13, 1986 at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. to consider this <br />request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Tract D and E, and all of Tracts F, except that part lying South <br />of a line running parallel to and distant 50 feet Southerly from <br />a line described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point 935 feet measured South from the centerline <br />of the main track of the Northern Pacific Railway, on a line <br />which is 798.5 feet Westerly of and running parallel with the <br />West line of the East 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 8, T 29, R 23, <br />thence from said point of beginning, with a back sight on the <br />preceding course and deflecting to the right 830 45' in an <br />Easterly direction 177 feet to a point, thence deflecting 50 45' to the right from the preceding course and continuing in an <br />Easterly direction in a straight line to a point of termination <br />on the azoresaid West line of the East 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of <br />Section 8, all in Registered Land Survey No. 50 and -that <br />the East 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 8 lying Westerlyrofof <br />the right-of-way for Trunk Highway No. 280 (Interstate 35W); <br />lying South of the North line of said Tract D extended Easterly <br />to said highway right-of-way; and lying Northerly of the above <br />described line through said Tract F extended Easterly to said <br />highway right-of-way. <br />Subject to an easement granted for Long Lake Road, subject to an <br />easement granted to Great Lakes Pipe Line Company and to Standard <br />Oil Company, and easements of record. <br />Contains 10.840 Acres, more or less (this excludes Long Lake <br />Road Easement). <br />ames F.
