4. <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 10/13/86 <br />ITEM NO.: 6-3 <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />4 9�_� Hearings <br />Item Description: Carmen Dorso request for Special Use Permit at 2814 <br />North Cleveland Avenue. <br />The Roseville Planning Commission, at its October 1, 1986 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended denial of Carmen Dorso's request for Special Use <br />Permit at 2814 North Cleveland Avenue. The denial was based on the <br />following findings of fact. <br />1. The use is not a legal nonconforming use, as Keystone's bumpers <br />were not stored on the site until 1977. Also, when the zoning <br />district was formed in 1959, bumpers were not stored on the site. <br />2. The illegal use has deleterious impact on the adjacent neighbor- <br />hood and the future development in the area. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Carmen Dorso's request for Special Use <br />Permit at 2814 North Cleveland Avenue, based on the aforementioned <br />findings of fact. <br />
