October 14, 1986 <br />TO: Craig Waldron <br />FROM: Jim Andre <br />SUBJECT: CARMEN DORSO REQUEST <br />CLEVELAND AVENUE <br />FOR SPECIAL USE AT 2814 N. <br />At the October 13, 1986 regular meeting, the Council continued <br />the above application to the November 10, 1986 regular meeting. <br />It was continued so that the facts relating to the historical use <br />of the property in question could be discovered, and a determina- <br />tion made by the City Attorney whether the storage of bumpers on <br />the site is conforming or nonconforming. <br />Proceed with coordinating the discovery of facts with the Public <br />Works Department and City Planner, and providing those facts to <br />the City Attorney. <br />It is suggested you first contact the City Attorney's office and <br />determine the kinds of 4nformation which would be most useful in <br />bringing this issue to a conclusion. <br />
