If property to be rezoned is currently zoned in two or more zoning classifications <br />set forth the legal description of each such separate zoning classification. <br />B. If proposed rezoning will rezone the property into two or more separate zoning <br />classifications, set forth the legal description of each such separate zoning <br />classification. <br />13. For Special Use Only: <br />A. City Code Section authorizing special use permit <br />14. For Vacation of Right -of -Way Only: <br />A. A petition must be submitted, signed by at least 51% of the abutting property <br />owners. The original statement in the petition should be as follows: "We, <br />the undersigned, owners of at least 510 (fifty-one percent) of the property <br />abutting <br />request that this section of right-of-way be vacated because it is no longer <br />of value to the general public." <br />All property owners signing the petition shall list their address and legal <br />description of their property. <br />15. For Platting Only: <br />A. Number of Lots <br />B. Subdivision to be known as: <br />C. Engineer: Name Phone <br />D. Land Planner: Name Phone <br />Fur W,vision of Platted Lot Only: <br />A. Separate legal description for each newly created lot shall be provided. <br />17. For Relocation of Dwelling Only: <br />A. The legal description shall be of the land upon which the building is to be <br />moved. <br />B. The application shall be accompanied by a written consent and approval of at <br />least 500 of the property owners within 2S0 feet of the relocation. <br />
