Petranek request for Minor Variance at <br />285 Minnesota Avenue. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened July 29, 1986, and unanimously <br />recommended approval of Stanley L. Petranek's request for minor <br />variance at 285 Minnesota Avenue. <br />The proposed addition -to their house will be 27 feet from the line <br />versus the required 30 feet; thus, the variance is for 3 feet. The <br />detached garage is presently nonconforming (10 feet versus 30 feet). <br />Thus, the variance also includes the garage. There were no impacted <br />neighbors. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Stanley L. Petranek request for Minor Variance <br />at 285 Minnesota Avenue. <br />
