Based on our review of the information submitted, none of the <br />conditions outlined in the Rice Creek Watershed District Permit <br />Information Guideline last revised January 1, 1984 appear to be present <br />for the proposed project. <br />Please refer to the enclosed copy of the Rice Creek Watershed District <br />Permit Information Brochure under the section for <br />and furnish the information requested in that section. <br />It will be necessary for the applicant to determine a 100-year flood <br />elevation for areas affecting this site. <br />The District will require that the stormwater runoff rate from the <br />developed site does not exceed the runoff rate from the site at its <br />undeveloped condition for both a 1-year <br />rainfall event. In addition, treatment in the form of skimminggofnoils <br />and floatable materials must be provided for all rainfall events up to <br />and including a 1-year event. Any necessary stormwater storage must be <br />provided above the established floodplain elevation for the site. The <br />plan must also include identification of the emergency overflow route for <br />the ponding area and its corresponding elevation. <br />Any filling or alteration of a Type III, IV or V wetland must be in <br />conformance with and include supporting calculations as outlined in the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District Wetland Preservation Guidelines. <br />BOARD OF MANAGERS <br />A.J.
