REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 7/14/86 <br />ITEM NO.: L' -1 <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Reports and Recommendations <br />Item Description: George Gordon request for Miiior Variance at 543 <br />Heinel Drive. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened July 9, 1986, and unanimously <br />recommended approval of the George Gordon request for Minor Variance <br />at 543 Heinel Drive. <br />The Gordon's are building a garage that would result in the removal of <br />trees and grading problems if placed at 30 feet versus the proposed <br />22.5 feet. Thus, the variance is for 7.5 feet. Also, an unattached <br />garage in a front yard is an accessory building which requires a <br />variance. All neighbors supported the proposal. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying the George Gordon request for Minor Variance <br />at 543 Hemel Drive. <br />
