For iti request for minor variance <br />at 420 S. McCarrons Boulevard. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened June 3, 1986, and unanimously <br />approved the Robert J. Forliti request for minor variance at 420 S. <br />McCarrons Boulevard. <br />Mr. Forliti is constructing a home and attached garage that will <br />be 17 feet from the rear yard setback. Also, in this area of the <br />City, the new construction should "line up" w,th the other homes <br />in terms of the front yard setback. The setback in this case is <br />40 feet. Therefore, the rear yard variance is 13 feet, and the <br />front yard is 4.5 feet. All neighbors approved the project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying the Robert J. Forliti request for minor <br />variance at 420 S. McCarrons Boulevard. <br />
