Schultz request for minor <br />variance at 1427 Talisman Curve. <br />Mr. Schultz is constructing a garage and a d:.iveway that will be <br />3.5 feet from the property line; thus, the variance is for 1.5 <br />feet (5 feet required). All neighbors supported the project.. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving;denying the William K. Schultz request for minor <br />variance at 1427 Talisman Curve. <br />
