Victoria. <br />The Minor Variance Committee convened May 1, 1986, and unanimously <br />recommended approval of the Brian Pierzina request for minor variance <br />at 2379 N. Victoria. <br />Mr. Pierzina is putting on an addition that conforms to all <br />setbacks. The existing house, however, is 12 ft. from the property <br />line; thus, an 18 ft. variance is requested to bring the house into <br />conformity. All neighbors supported the project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Brian Pierzina request for minor variance <br />at 2379 N. Victoria. <br />
