PLANNING REPORT
DATE:
7 May 1986
CASE NUMBER:
1661
APPLICANT:
Fred W. Strom
LOCATION:
Between St. Stephens Street
and St. Croix Street,
Northerly of Cou ' y Road B
(See Sketch)
ACTION REOUES ► :D:
Division of Lot
PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS:
Fred and Louise Strom have lived
in their residence in Roseville at
2227 St. Stephens Street for many years. The residence was
constructed on the easterly side of the
property which extends from St.
Stephens to St. Croix Street. The
property is an existing platted lot
with 129 feet of frontage on St. Stephens and 129.06 feet of frontage
on St. Croix Street. They proposed to divide the property
approximately in half, similar to that
which has been done on all of the
remaining properties in this block to
the north and south.
You will note this condition by observing the attached map on which we
have shown the property shaded.
The circles, of course, represent
existing houses in the neighborhood.
Fortunately, you will notice that the
existing structure has been placed
on the property so as to make the
land readily divisible, leaving the
existing house on the easterly most lot in conformance with all required
building placement regulations. The
lot width and lot area greatly
exceed the minimum standards of 85
feet of frontage and 1,100 square
feet of land.
There appears to be no problems with respect to this proposed division.
