The item was already canceled for <br />the May Planning Commission. <br />In view of our time constraints regarding the mailing of the <br />proper notices, etc., the proper legal description must be <br />received in this office by Thursday morning, May 22, or we will <br />again have to cancel any Planning Commission action on Mr. Nelson's <br />request for special use for the June Planning Commission meeting. <br />Sincerely, <br />Craig A.
