i <br />May 30, i978 <br />To: City Council <br />FROM: Jim Andre <br />SUWECT: Cleanco Special Use Permit <br />on October 18, 1976, the City Council approved a special use permit <br />for Cleaneo with ten conditions as specified on the attached letter <br />to Mr. Trapp. All conditions were to be eomplied•with by June 30, <br />1977. <br />On July 1, 1977, an inspection was made of premises and the matter was <br />scheduled for council review on July 11, 1977. The council acted to <br />require Mr. Trapp to submit a letter within 7 days outlining a timetable <br />for completing the conditions. <br />On July 18, 1977, a letter was received from Mr. Trapp stating that all <br />items except the canopy would be completed by August 1, 1977, and it was <br />anticipated that the canopy would be ccuplted "by September or October, <br />1977." <br />On August 1, 1977, an inspection was made and determined that the Lands- <br />caping (dodding and plantings) and curbing conditions had not been initiated, <br />14 nor had any progress been made on the canopy. <br />On August 8, 1977, the council acted to continue the special. use permit <br />conditions and date for completion of the canopy be continued until <br />September 12, 1977. On September 8, 1977, a re -inspection was made and <br />the matter reviewed by the council on September 120 1977. Zhe council <br />acted to continue to the second meeting of October. <br />On October 27, a re -inspection was made and determined that the canes was <br />not built and the landscaping and sodding was not completed except for <br />seven small shrubs on the boulevard along County Road C-2. Zhe council <br />revie<,ed the matter on octaob 31, 1977, and continued it to the first <br />meeting .ion December, 1977. <br />letter received from Mr. Trapp stating he would be out of town until the <br />first of the year. On December 12, Council continued. the matter to the <br />January 9, 1978 meeting. <br />On January 6, 1978, a re -inspection was made and determined that the canopy, <br />landscaping and curbing had not been completed. At the January 9, 1978 <br />meeting the council ached to continue the matter until May 8, 1978. <br />On May 8, 1978, a re -inspection was made and determined that the canopy <br />had been cmpleted, but the landscaping was not copleted and sections of <br />curb along Partridge had not been completed and other curb sections were <br />11 <br />
