In <br />order to proceed with the Special Use process, the Planning <br />Commission requested the following: <br />1. That the application for Special Use be properly submitted <br />with the required site plans and delineation of the Special <br />Use area. <br />2. That you address the following problems relating to previous <br />approvals before the new Special Use is granted: <br />A. Deterioration and lack of painting of the structure. <br />B. Unsightly damage to the structure and poor maintenance. <br />C. Curbing of driveways and parking area are incomplete <br />and not poured in place. <br />D. Curbing sections are unslightly and out of place. <br />E. Parking areas are not properly surfaced. <br />F. General low quality of structure, and type of maintenance. <br />3. That at the July Planning Commission meeting, you present an <br />update, to the Planning Commissioners, regarding the progress <br />on each of the aforementioned items. <br />In previous Wednesday meetings, Mr. Dahlgren has discussed his <br />expectations with you regarding this Special Use and the conditions'' <br />that must be met on your site. If you have additional questions, <br />it may be useful for you to immediately schedule a Wednesday <br />meeting with Mr. Dahlgren. <br />very cordially, <br />Craig A.
