r
4
PLANNING REPORT
DATE:
CASE NUMBER:
APPLICANT:
LOCATION:
ACTION REQUESTED:
PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS:
6 August 1986
1656
Paul Nelson (Doing Business
as Hauler's Equipment
Company, Inc.)
Northwest Corner of County
Road C2 and Partridge Road
Special Use Permit for Truck
Sales Dealership
1. Attached is a copy of the original proposal submitted to the June 3,
1986 Planning Commission meeting. The action was tabled at the July
meeting at the request of the applicant. The Staff has since met with
the applicant's wife, Judy Trapp. We furnished her with a copy of the
original site plan relating to the, special use permit going back to 1971
for the Cleanco truck washing facility. The Staff also assisted her In
obtaining the name of the architect who prepared the original drawings
to which the permit conditions related at that time.
2. We understand that Mrs. Trapp has made contact with the architect and
they are proceeding to prepare a new site plan Indicating the proposed
improvements to be accomplished. As of the day this report was
written, new plans have not been prepared. Hopefully, an appropriate
submission will be accomplished, indicating the building and site
improvement project to be completed in response to the Planning
Commission Members' expressed concern.
3. Given allowable time, the Staff will attempt to come up with a method
ascertaining completion of the Improvements proposed.
