The attached plan deals with these concerns. Specifically all
weeds, debris, abandoned cars and truck trailers, etc. are to be removed from
the site or housed within the building; concrete curbs ore to be added where
they do not exist or where the existing curbs hove been damaged at the entry
driveways; the entire structure is to be repainted; some additional
landscaping Is to be added.
It should be noted that the Marge concrete curbs were existing on the ,site in
i 976. These are poured in place but not conforming to the present City
specifications. Our 1976 pion indicatcK.l them as existing and there wos no
City action to replace or change them at that time. Also, in 1976 a large
portion of the parking area was crushed rock. Our plan noted this as the
existing condition and there was no City requirement to provide additional
bituminous paving.
Please submit this letter, the alloched correspondence and th& attached site
plan so that it may be discussed at ttit City mectintt on 3 September 1986.
will look forward to seeing you at 1111:1 til"C'. if you hove any questions
during the interim, please contact Les I-orniell (870-1000).
Thank you for this opportunity to be of service.
Sincerely,
tIce 1.
Lammers AMA
President
JlUtag
Enclosures
