That part of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23 Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the inter- <br />section of the centerline of Oakcrest Avenue and the'West <br />line of Snelling Avenue thence North along the West line of <br />Snelling Avenue 150 feet; thence West Narallel with Oakcrest <br />Avenue 555 feet more or less to the centerline of Fry Street; <br />thence South along said centerline 150 feet; more or less <br />to the centerline of Oakcrest Avenue, thence East along the <br />centerline of Oakcrest Avenue 555 feet more or less to the <br />point of beginning, except the East 350 feet thereof, and <br />subject to Oakcrest Avenue and Fry Street. <br />Apparent record owne: Nazareth.Building Association, <br />Inc. <br />Address: 2555 N.
