The most significant Issues raised <br />concerned: <br />1• Tho location and elevation of the proposed new residence hall. <br />2. The location of the proposed tennis courts. <br />3. The I andscapi ng and trail I system adjacent to the east property i ine. <br />4. The access locations to the campus. <br />Since the April 9, 1986 public hearing, Northwestern college has <br />Investigated and considered vifl ous alternatives to each issue In an effort <br />to meet their campus needs While mitigating the concerns raised. The <br />following amendments to the "Mnended PUD Plan - March, 1986" are submitted <br />for your consideration and approval.
