Albrecht of 3069 W. Owasso Blvd. and Hugo N. and Dorothy N. Thompson of 3085 W. 0wasso Blvd., Roseville, 55113. 'fie seek permission to detach portions of former Lot 8 from properties owned separately by Thompsons and Albrechts, and reassemble them into one lot suitable for a single family dwelling, as shown on the attached series of four maps. MaR #1 shows the initial platting of Lots 7, 8, and 9 prior to November 1965. Lot 7 was owned and occupied by Thompsons, Lot 9 by Albrechts, and the vacant Lot 8 was owned by Lowell and Leah Haas of Maquoketa, Iowa. In Novermaor 1965, Albrechts and Thompsons purchased Lot 8 :from Haas', divided it down the middle, and attached the separate halves to Lots 7 and 9 as shown in eap #2. &2 W3. On October 15, 19791 the HOseville City Council approved Albrechts' request to, divide their property into two parcels by extending the straight line ghich separates Lots 10 and 21 northward across Lot 9 and the south half of Lot 8, as shown in Map #3. Owasso Blvd. is only 6 feet from the original property line, and has an overhanging eave nearly 3 feet wide.
