PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO PARKING REQUIREMENTS <br />ROSEVILLE ZONING CODE <br />AMEND 8.080 PARAGRAPH 9 <br />Restaurant and/or Cafeteria <br />One space per 2.50 seats, plus 1 space per 20 square feet of <br />the combined area of bar, lounge, and public space, minus the <br />first 250 square feet, plus 1 space per 50 square feet of <br />banquet dining area, plus 1 space per 5 seats outdoor dining. <br />ADD: (After Para. 17) <br />Eased on a professional analysis of parking for any specific <br />use, the City Council may determine a reasonable parking ratio <br />for such use. <br />
