Nielsen and Associates <br />Nielsen and Associates is constructing Rosedale Corporate <br />Plaza at County Road C and Long Lake Road. The development <br />consists of 200,000 of office/office service space, and also <br />includes a Comfort Inn Hotel. The development is approximately <br />$22 million in value. The City participated in this project <br />through the use of Tax Increment Financing. <br />2. Woodbridge <br />Woodbridge is developing a 600,000 square foot office/office <br />service development along 35W between County Roads C and D. <br />Development should be valued in the range of $15 million,. <br />after its eventual completion in seven gears, The City is <br />participating in this project through Tax Increment Financing. <br />3. Berger 1.i:,1nyf* <br />Berger Transfer is developioig a two phase project that <br />includes a warehouse/office of approximately 105,000 square <br />feat, valued at S2.4 million, and a second phase of the <br />same square footage valued at 31.9 million. The devolopment <br />is located north of County Read C-2, wOOL of 15W. The City <br />participated in this project through the use of Tax Increment: <br />and industrial development bonds. <br />4. Oakcrest Of f <br />.cc lat'l <br />Oakcrost Office Flada has bcon complgv-ad on Cakcrest and <br />Prior# which includes-16,000 square fact of rantablca space. The <br />Oakcrest Office development is valwcd in excess of $2 million. <br />
