Villa Park <br />Villa Park is a sixty unit condominium for senior citizens. <br />Phase 1 is complete, with a market value n the range of <br />S3.5 million. The second phase is proposed at the cot.'nty <br />Road B site, which would include an additional thirty-nine <br />units. <br />11. Heritage inn <br />Heritage inn will he constructing an all brick, seventy unit <br />hotel on the Strick leasing site, which is the gateway into <br />the `""ity's Tax increment District.
