Attached is a copy of the statement from Mr. Graham and <br />reduced nopies of the site plan, building elevations, floor <br />plan, and landscape plan. <br />The conditions that may be considered to be added to the <br />special use permit, may include; <br />A. adjustments to driveway locations, <br />B. staff approval of engineering consideration, <br />C. staff approval of detailed, revised landscape plan, <br />D. provisions for height of fence. <br />Preceding a proposal to rezone the land, the Planning <br />Commission should take an action on the Amendment to the <br />Comprehensive Plan designating the total site as business. <br />The Metropolitan Council's procedures now allow for <br />submission to the change in the Land Use Plan through the <br />Metro Council in parallel with the action to rezone. <br />
