The variance is to bring the <br />home in conformance. <br />The Minor variance Board unanimously recommends approval. All <br />neighbors supported the project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Richard Rohda's request for minor side <br />yard variance at 1001 Woodhill Drive. <br />
