Application for Off <br />Sale Liquor License at 1906 North Lexington. <br />The applicant proposes to construct a free-standing liquor store <br />on the southeast corner of Roselawn and Lexington. This item <br />should be considered only if the Council approves Mr. Gra:.am's <br />application for rezoning of the property considered earlier on <br />the agenda. <br />The police investigation has been completed, and reveals no <br />reason why the license should not be issued. The City Attorney <br />has reviewed the application documents, and has requested <br />additional information from the applicant. If the information is <br />received on Monday, prior to the meeting, the Council may <br />consider the application. <br />COUNCIL ACTION !REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Graham Investment, Inc. DBA Budget <br />Liquor Application for off sale liquor license at 1906 North <br />Lexington Avenue with the condition that the required liquor <br />liability insurance and bond documents be provided. <br />r� <br />C <br />8 <br />
