Application for a minor variance <br />I am applying for a minor variance from the city code so that I can <br />expand my attached garage from a one car size to a two ear size. It is <br />necesstary to add seven feet to the existing structure in order to make it <br />big enough for two cars with a standard size door. <br />The seven foot addition will put the structure four feet from the <br />property line as opposed to the five foot set --back given in the code. <br />The property owner next to the garage, Richard Muehlbach, has given written <br />permission for this project. The two owners across the street, J. R. Simmer <br />and M. G. Kelly, have signed the request also. There are no private owners <br />in back. <br />Drawings of the plans with the affected property owner's signatures <br />and the variance application form are attached. <br />Joseph J.
