NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, on Wednesday, August 7, at 7:30 p.m. for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br />FML, Incorporated's application for rezoning from R1 <br />to R6,special use permit for planned unit development <br />and division of lot at 2550 Victoria. <br />The applicant proposes to construct 12 fourplex townhouse <br />structures on the property at the southeast corner of Highway 36 <br />and Victoria. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville wiil meet on Monday, <br />August 12, 1985 at the City Hall, at 7:30 p.m. to consider this <br />request. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 1, Koalska <br />Addition, according to the recorded plat <br />therof, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying north <br />of the south 150.00 feet of said Lots 1, 2, <br />3, 4, 5, and 6, except that part of sai-I Lot <br />6 taken per Quit Claim Deed Document No.'s <br />2039500 and 674263.
