Johnson <br />FML Inc. <br />Box 96 <br />Newport, MN 55055 <br />Dear Mr. Johnson: <br />The City Council, at its August 12 meeting, approved your request <br />for the rezoning from R-1 to R-6, and the PUD. The following <br />conditions were attached: <br />1. The request should be considered a preliminary plat, not a <br />division of land. <br />2. Coz,crete curbing is required. <br />3. Grading, utility, and landscape plans are required. <br />4. The southern part of the pit area shall be fenced and filled <br />by July of 1986. <br />5. The City has access to the pit for sweepings and disposal <br />purposes for one year. <br />6.
