September 6, 1985 <br />TO: City Council <br />FROM: Jim Andr <br />SUBJECT: RENTAL DE LOPMENT AT 2250 VICTORIA (FML) <br />cc: Charles Honchell <br />At the August 26 meeting, the Council denied a ,request for <br />mortgage revenue bonds for twelve buildings containing four <br />rental units each. <br />The developer is meeting with the neighbors at 7:30 p.m., <br />Thursday, September 12, to again discuss neighborhood objections <br />for possible resolution of same. <br />The Council and staff have been invited to attend. There will be <br />a representative from the staff at the meeting. <br />
