REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 10/14/85 <br />ITEM NO.: 6 <br />Department Approval: <br />Manager Reviewed: <br />Agenda Section: <br />Hearing <br />Item Description: (FML) Victoria Place final plat approval at <br />2250 Victoria. <br />The owners of the Victoria project are now requesting approval of <br />the final plat. <br />If the Council will recall, FML's request for revenue bonds was <br />denied at the September 23 Council Meeting. There was some <br />question as to whether all homeowners were notified. In <br />reviewing this matter, the abstract that was submitted was <br />correct; however, FML did not provide the proper second part of <br />the legal description that would have included the additional <br />neighbors to the south. Staff has sent out notices to the proper <br />neighbors informing them of the final plat hearing. <br />In addition, the rezoning differs from the final plat FML has <br />submitted. The rezoning includes everything except the 150 ft. <br />from the southern property line (as requested); the plat is 160 <br />ft. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving (FML) Victoria Place final plat at 2250 <br />Victoria. <br />
