Victoria Place <br />File No. 13048-3 <br />Comments <br />Victoria Place is an application for a multifamily rental housing development <br />selected for feasibility processing through the Minnesota Housing Finance <br />Agency's Multifamily Market Rate Rental. Program. The proposed development <br />consists of 48 three bedroom units to 40 located at Victoria and Highway 36. <br />The prcDosed development is compatible with the Roseville Comprehensive Plan <br />reviewed by the Counoil# and is located in the Metropolitan Urban Service <br />Area. Most necessary and desirable rezidential services are accessible from <br />thin site. Central sower and water are av8ilacle and metropolitan interceptor <br />and treatment capacity is adequate. Highway, park# transit, shopping, health <br />and daycare facilities are availablo nearby.
