The Tax <br />Increment District and all the related parcels were formally <br />approved by the City Council on December 16, 1985. <br />The Victoria project is specifically mentioned, and the need for <br />a subsidy relating to the water main is specifically discussed. <br />At this point in time, I would suggest that later in January the <br />respective parties commence negotiations regarding the timing of <br />the Tax Increment injection. <br />If you should have any questions, please don't hesitate to <br />contact me. <br />With warmest regards, <br />Craig A.
