The applicant proposes to construct an addition onto his home <br />which will extend to within 23 feet, six inches of the front yard <br />property line. The required setback is 30 feet. <br />The affected property owners have indicated their approval of the <br />variance. <br />Attached is a site plan of the property. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying Duane Huberty's <br />application for minor variance to front <br />yard setback at 2557 North Wheeler. <br />
