U <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />• <br />Notice is hereby given that the Minor Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, will meet <br />at 9:15 a.m., Wednesday, April 17, 1985, in the City Hall to consider <br />the following: <br />Richard Ferris application for minor variance at 2718 Dellwood <br />Street. <br />The applicant proposes to construct an addition to the detached garage. <br />The existing garage is located to within 17 .ceet of the side yard <br />Property line.
