Mr. Amer <br />proposes an open trellis structure at the front entry of the house. The <br />trellis will project eight feet, four inches into the required front <br />yard setback of 30 feet. <br />The affected property owners have indicated their approval of the <br />variance. <br />Attached is a drawing of the home, including the proposed trellis. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying Gregory Amer's <br />applicatior for minor variance to front <br />yard setback at 2154 South Rosewood Lane. <br />
